儿童托儿费补贴

我预申请儿童托儿费补贴,可问孩子所在的幼儿园要申请表时候,她说没有.可能我没有表达清楚.想请教有那位知道该申请表的英文或法文怎么说?

你所说的儿童托儿费补贴是什么？我们只在年底报税时申报过托儿费（报全额的75%），如果你指的是这个的话，就不需要向幼儿园要表。

因我的孩子一周只有三次上幼儿园,且幼儿园收费时并未给我任何收据,不知还是否能得到补贴? 是否还是应该问幼儿园要收据,以便年底报税用?

谢谢FrBJ,但"蒙城华人"中有介绍托儿津贴"申请托儿所费用津贴可向托儿所索取申请表格。填妥后附上所有家庭成员的出生证明及过去一年报税表格影印副本交回托儿所。"因此才有此一问,不知你说的是否是另一种申请方式?

You pay $5 or about $15-$20. If you pay $15-$20, you will get money from Canadian tax return.
If you pay $5, it means you already got the money from the government. But the daycare center will ask your some document and fill in the form to apply for the this money.

The daycare usually give you the form (writing how much you have paid last year) for filling the income tax return at Feb. or March every year. If you don't get anything at that time, go to ask them.

For 5$ a day, you just fill in the application form taken from daycare, and return this form and the required document (photocopy of child's birth certificate) to the daycare. The daycare will apply for you.

For the amount above 5$, you report it when you fill in your Quebec tax form. You will receive the slip from daycare for this amount in spring. You can get tax refund depending on your income from Quebec government.

For federal tax form, you report all the daycare expenses (including 5$/day). You also receive the different paper from daycare in spring. You will get tax deduction from federal for daycare cost.

If you do not receive anything from daycare in spring, just go to ask for it.
