我想申请Mcgill, full semester的deadline是Feb.1st, 2003 ， 我还没考鸡， 是不是就来不及了？ 还是可以先申请，再补材料？ 前几天看到有在deadline前一天才申请的， 不知行不行呀？ 如果这次步行就要再等一年了。
