Tell more detail about your situation. Do you want to transfer credits from other university in Canada? or from China? Is it from the same department? Is it the same level (undergraduate or graduate)?

I don't think you can transfer credits between department. I know when you don't finish your graduate diploma, you can apply Master and can tranfer credits from diploma program if you are accepted for Master. But it still has limit for how many credits to be transfered.
I do want to transfer credits from what I took in china to here. But they can only allow me to omit those request courses and take other courses for the credits. That means they can't allow you to take less courses by transfering credits. Since you have taken some courses, you may not need to take them again, but take other courses instead.
