If you are Canadian Citizen, you will be able to borrow Can$18,000 (maximum) to study outside Canada. Otherwise, you have to have some co-signer, who must be Canadian citizen,even if you are not PR. Please consult the corresponding person in university.

Please understand that in the States it is no bursary & loan for foreign student but studentships. They are using a different system to support student.
