我收到了computer science diploma的信，说是已被录取，但是否能正式录取取决于我的英语考试成绩。7月24日参加考试，今天拿到成绩，只知道是二级，没有拿到分数。这是否意味着只能注册为part-time student,拿不到loan and bursary,要什么样的条件才能转为full-time student?

I'm applying for the same program, and my test result is level 3. Actually, I received a letter telling me that the admission would be based on the result of the test. Somehow, the Secretary told me that my application was not recommended to the program. So I am going to complain about the decision. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

本人上星期也受到 diploma的信，说已将我推荐到研究生院，正式的信要等研究生院看了我的材料后才寄出，并说没有收到我的celdt的成绩，并说如果没有考试结果：your registeration is not completed ,我不知道这是什么意思：是已经录取了，还是等英语成绩下来才决定录取？不知给前面的同志们的信中是怎么写的？

今天我去dipoma 办公室，秘书给了我一张纸，说：

英语是D（level 2)意味着你只能是part time，要修esl 207,208,209和comp5511

C(level 3) 要修esl 208,209和两们课，问是哪两们课，秘书很不耐烦的给我解释说：是slow track，也就是晚上上课，还说是full time，我很奇怪，在他的信中说slow track 好象不是full time,不就不能申请loan and bursary 了？  

B (level 4)可以修3门课和ESL209
A(level 5) EXEMPT

我英语还没考，23日即使考了个B,是不是赶不上9月入学了，秘书说没问题，可我不敢相信她的话。

其他同志有没有新的消息？

i was directly going to 3 level.
no secrets.two weeks before test write two essaies a day. ask a good writer to correct it you will be ok.
I know only one guy went directly to B level.but he was a english teacher once in China
