I am doing  Canada immigration through the Quebec selection category. I supposed to land in Montereal, Quebec. But thing now changes, I get an offer in Windsor, Ontario. Can I just landing in Winsor, Ontario?

Or I have to land in Montereal first before I move to Winsor, Ontario?
