Montreal 入籍过程改变 ? ??

Normally the test and oath are at the same day in Montreal. But in November some people just receive the letter to take test, then they have to wait for oath notice. But some people still take the oath and test at the same day. Is it true Montreal CIC recently has two systems to process the citizenship test and oath ?

法官因故不能工作，所以运气不好的只好拖了，因为不可能你今天不能宣誓，就改到明天，因为明天的计划是早就安好了，我的一个同学9月份遇到这个情形，当天50多人没有宣誓，拖到这个月，也许这样会影响11月宣誓的，连锁反应，只好看运气了
