As the title. If you sent by bailiff, it something like you do by law methor. I have one phone number for bailiff. Company name Foisy Labrecque, Phone (514) 368-8219. It cost about $15. You can call them ask for details information. Or you can go to rental board ask for more information.  You must sent the refuse letter within one month the date they sent you the increase letter. 你那个房东是谁，是不是那个希腊人。她特别恶毒。你就每天上网查是否她取信了，要保证在一个月内。我那个房东通常要晚10天才取信。
如有可能当面交给她，让她签字并注明日期。最好有证人在场。
最后再考虑找bailliff, 但绝不是15块，而是50块以上。你到黄页上找离房主家近的bailliff, 因为他们送信要计算公里数。

if landlord do not want read the letter,it is not your fault. Keep your copy of the letter and registration recipt.
