Last christmas, I went to Miami, but when I get back, i found out that I forgot to return the I-94 form( Arrival /departure Record) to the U.S. Custom). Does anyone know what isthe consequence? and what I should do? I really do not want to cause any trouble!

you should return it as soon as possible, with possible proof-tickets etc. otherwise you may have problem entering us.
