其实你只要下载了中文补丁就可以了,我看你似乎用的是NETSCAPE,不是IE罗,我建议你用RICHWIN,这样要好些,中文之星给我感觉当输入法不错,其他就一般了,

If u r under English windows, I might help. I just fixed same pblm.
Solution 1: Microsoft Global Ime 5.0
with MGI, u can read chinese in IE and Outlook, and type in them with pinyin.
Weakness: cannot apply on other software
Solution 2: Cssime
A mini chinese platform, 1.4M in all, no installation reqrd. Can read and type chinese in all program. u can input with pinyin and wubi. Weakness: Font not so beautiful. Strange character when text wrap.
I use both on my notebook (English Win98).
Get rid of cstar. U have other options.
