WORD 2000 MENU BAR 不见了。打开，保存，什么也不能干。知道几个快捷键，不顶用。重装了WORD也不行。都好几天了，实在把我烦透了。请各位大侠一定帮帮忙。OS：WINDOWS98

I assume your menu bar is hidden by incident,this might help:
Press "Alt + T", this is the hot key for Tool in menu. If you can see a pop-up submenu, it's good. choose customize, then check menu bar.

hi, I am not meggie, but I met the same problem
as meggie's,I have tried all the suggestions by these friends here, it seems they all don't work
here.
I think the menu bar was not hidden by incident,
maybe it has something with some problem of the operating system.( I am running windows 2000)

I am extremely sorry for replying late and please forgive me. You guys not only deserve a reply, but also deserve my gratefulness. Nice people always deserve nice things and I despise those who are not grateful for the help they received. I was out of town for a while and just solved this problem. That is why I am writing to you now. Of course I should have kept you informed, unfortunately I just realize this. Really sorry about this.

In fact, a friend came to help me out because I dared not touch those system files. He used the method that comes from Microsoft website, the same as what Ifyou recommended. Something was wrong the the "normal" document. I hope this information can also help BC out.
