I have two OS in my computer. One is W98 EN, the other is W2kpro CN. I usually use IE6 in W2k connect Internet with cable. Today I find my IE cannot connect to the server of videotron and everytime it just shows the error window. There is a line in status bar "res://C:\winnt\system32\shadoclc.dll\dnserror.htm...".
But when I reboot and use IE6 in W98, it's ok!
Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Thanks.

Thank you very much for your responds. I checked my email of Videotron and both OS are ok. That means the connection of my PC with Videotron is ok and even means the connection between both Outlook Express of my two OS and Videotron are ok. The only question is my IE of W2k cannot find the server of Videotron and I'm sure my IE configuration is correct through comparing two IE’s configurations. I doubt there is something wrong with my registry of W2k for this question happened after I had tried Windows "Youhua Dashi"(sorry I cannot input Chinese here).
I tried to restore the registry, which I exported before but it was useless.

My problem is my ie in w2k can't go anywhere. So I have to use outlook express to go to videotron.ca and get my email. Now I have to use w98 to surf on the net and communicate with outside.  It's very strange.
