我没到加拿大之前，一直觉得加拿大是个好地方，整洁，美丽，法制健全，我万万没想到到这里没多久就遇上了骗子，我本人在国内做生意，处事很谨慎，可还是上了当，气得干瞪眼儿也没一点办法。
我们刚装上电话不久就接到了一家自称为“环球电迅”长话公司来的中文电话，说他们的长话费用便宜，特别是打中国的电话，他们还提供了很好价钱的上网服务，上网费用是按年算，一次交清，长话是按月算，我们核算了一下觉的合适，就同意与之签定服务合约，按他们传真来的表格填写了姓名，银行帐户等的有关信息，签字后再传真回去给他们，另人奇怪的是，他们总说没收到，要我再传一次，一连传真了好几次才说收到了（后来我才知道，我的每一次传真都被他们当做一次划款依据到而我帐上去划款）。安装上网软件用的光盘很久不给我们寄来，再三电话催促，好不容易寄来了却怎么也安不上，说是密码不对，与其技术人员联系也是没有结果。不久，我们的月对帐单来了，我们吃惊地发现，“环球电迅”竟从我们帐上划走几倍于合同金额的钱，我们赶快打电话，一个姓梁的女人（主管）说“很对不起，划错了，我们尽快还”，从此恶梦开使，网也上不去，钱也不还，我们打了无数次电话，都说要我们等等，一直等了半年多，我一次又打电话催，梁主管说她们已经不属于原来那家公司了，已经是一家新公司了，我们于是到小额赔偿法庭起诉了这两家公司，他们也不来应诉，根本不理，我胜诉后发现，梁女士摇身一变，又变成第三家公司的人了，原来的两家公司已破产，见到梁女士后，她对我们深表同情，说她也没办法，是公司上层变动，打官司，报警随便。我们这时才知道，这家公司除办公地点从来不变，电话不变，中文名称“环球电迅”从来不变以外，英文注册名称却在不停的变，频率是约半年变一次，收到客户的钱达到一定数额后即宣布破产或干脆不管了，另组公司，再注册一个英文名子，还雇有律师专门处理此事，做得天衣无缝，完全合法。我们只是其众多受害者中的一个，这种方法使其财源滚滚来，由于他扎的每一个客户的钱每一份都不是很多，不显眼，对象大都是新移民，对当地情况不了解，想打官司也出不起高额的律师费，香港人真是聪明绝顶，就是专门设局来套大陆的新移民。
请各位注意这家“环球电迅”的长话公司，他们正在新移民中大肆张罗生意，您可别走眼了。

Hi benny,
If you were business person you should understand these
people still need make life on that. I have been called
at least once a week by this company. Everytime, I said
"No, thanks". I have trouble with a same kind of long
distance company before, they send me bill 10 months later
with wrong number, I decided decline the exta $200 charges
and paid what I should paid. Maybe I were lucky, the company
automatically went bankruptcy.

You should never prepaid the CASH for these kind of "UN Trusted"
company. Always use the credit card. If the company has
credit, they would take your credit card. If something goes
wrong, you can call your credit card company to refuse pay or
sue the company.

如果不想讨小便宜，就会少上很多当，节约很多时间。
一分价钱一分货，市面上有那么多电话卡，贝尔公司还有长途电话计划，为什么要换电话公司。

I had once the similar problem. I faxed a void check to company for them to take money from my account directly. By the way, this is a big company. Later on I cancelled my line with this company and got the confirmation from them. But after a fews months I found out that the company kept taking money from my account. It took my a long time to solve the problem, and fortunately it was a big company, and they returned money back to me after. After that, I never use void check or prepaid. Now I use all the time telephone cards. In case the card is not good. The maximum lose will be $5 or $10.

忠告各位!决不能在电话里将信用卡号码给任何人和公司,如要加入新的电话公司只能叫他们每月寄收费单到家里,再寄支票去付款,这是最有保障的方法.
