本人的小孩于去年九月登陆,十天后回国.本想着半年内再把其接过来.所以当时申请了牛奶金.这次回国,去接.因其他原因,短期内还不能过来.因不想继续拿,怕造成不必要的麻烦.请问我是否应马上通知政府.是写信还是打电话?还是他们就会自动取消?请有经验的朋友指教.
