I am a student in the US and will visit Halifax, Canada in early June for a conference. After the conference, I have about 10 days to travel in Canada. Does anyone kindly tell me what is a better and cheaper way to travel in Quebec and Montreal from Halifax? By train or by greyhound? My returning flight will depart from Halifax. I do not know how far between Greyhound bus station/train station and the airport. Where are places that you suggest me to not to miss in this trip? halifax is far away from montreal
it's not practical to return to halifax to take the plane
since u arrive at montreal, u can easily go back to boston and other cities from here
if u have friends with u, u can rent a car and drive through nova scotia, new brunswick and quebec, and then drive back to america. that's the best way to enjoy the landscape.
acturally u don't necessary take the plane if u depart from eastern america, just take the ferry call THE CATS. u can even bring ur car with u
if u r alone or u r too far from north-east america, take the plane
