我家里人在国内寄东西过来，寄这么多次只有一次是用“中国速递国际快件”的，除了邮件的发递单还有两联商用发票，说明物品价值的。我收到包裹后不久就收到一家叫PBB公司的发票，说他帮我在这个包裹上交了关税，要我交钱给他，而且有25块是代理费。他要我交的钱都几乎超出我的包裹价值了。请问有谁听说过这个公司？真的有这样的事要请他做关税代理吗？我家里寄很多次东西都不用交税的。我问他们要海关发票，他又拿不出来，还威胁我说要找人追债。我打算打电话再去问清楚，不过如果有那位了解情况的请指点一下。

PBB帮助加拿大海关征收关税,官方网站: http://www.pbb.com/ ,这里的关税确实相当高,他们是抽查,不是每一个包裹都会被查到,但如果查到税就不低

谢谢各位指教。如果说是抽查的话倒也是可能。既然PBB是为加拿大海关代交税，那它能不能提供什么凭证证明它确实代我叫了税呢？寄来的INVOICE是写着PBB的抬头，也不知道那里证明了海关给它这样的授权了。。。
不过也是有可能，只是觉得这么大的公司做事也是这么不严密，我的包裹上的商用发票有2联，一联为海关存根，二联为中转海关存根，全部都没动过一起寄到我这里，如果是经过海关了就应该收掉啊。无凭无据的跑过来突然说代我收了钱，莫名其妙。。。

PBB is Canada's Top 50 Freight Frowarder & Customs Broker. But it is just an agent who has no right to clear your stuffs without your approval.

For the import package you have the right to clear the cargo by yrself and decline the payment to the invoice.

For the import duty and tax there will be entry summary which shows the amount of tax & duty if there is...

Next time when you have package from oversea you can ask the waybill from the sender and trace the package by yrself. Leave that PBB alone...

3年前，我曾有过同样经历。东西是通过UPS寄送的。关税$40，手续费(Brokerage Fee)$50加税。我当时的感觉是有诈，故没有理他。

因为，在此之前我曾到POST CANADA收过一本书的邮包，是网上免费订阅的。邮局让交$3税款和$2.5手续费。我立即表示异议。邮局告诉我:no problem,we'll return it.

个把月后，还真有一封催债公司的信。因当时不知，拆开才了解是要钱。我的小九九是，如果在让我签收时候付这笔费用，我未必要呢！以后有陆续有过2封同样的信，我连封都未开启就丢进字纸篓了。

In north america, everybody's credit hisitory is tracked and recorded. You have all the right to argue and dispute to the invoice you receive, but you can not ignore it.

If PBB or your broker took it seriously, they will report your case to credit bureau. This will definitely affect your application of mortgage, car loan, or even application of credit card. They might also transfer your debt to speciality collect agent to push for payment.

So, if you have time and energy for such a payment disbute, go for it. I would like to know if you could suceed.
