吃闯红灯罚单上法庭值得吗？
刚才回家右转弯接着黄灯即将结束时冲了过去，结果右边有一警察截住了，开了罚单，138$，怎么解释也没用。
我已经开车两年，这是头一次。以前也交过非法停车的罚单，都交了。这次实在是接受不了。
在这里请教一下上法庭值得吗？有赢的把握没？法庭费用好象是六七十元，赢了就不交，输了当然得交了。
俺以前的交通纪律没有污点啊。

我有过同样的经历，只是当时自己的态度好，警察只是口头给了警告没有给罚单。如果你拿不出你没有闯红灯的充分证据，上法庭你输的可能很大。如果上法庭，建议你参考一下： 魁北克民事法庭亲历记 。

我是跟着前面的车一起右转弯的，当时街道没有其它车辆，是在黄灯即将消失的时候转的。之后看见一警车本来是从对面开来，那女警察来个U TURN，从后面追上了我。
如果有40%的获胜机会，俺也想选择上法庭，顶多再付70$？
哪位以前上过有关法庭的交流一下经验？嘿嘿。

谢谢QC，我的态度也很好啊，还说自己是学生，车也是二手的，可没办法。那女的还很年轻，太残酷了。  :mad:

从那文章看，超速罚单+诉讼费+七七八八=近300元。
罚单仅$75，怎么诉讼费和7788的费用那么多？
他超速75，我闯红灯就138？可能是涨价了？
如果上庭仅花费百元内还值得冒险，若太多只好忍气吞声了。   :mad:    :mad:    :mad:

if you win your case, you end up paying nothing. if you lose, you pay the ticket and the court fee ($70 or so).
if you want to present yourself, go ahead and try. i went to court twice for speeding ticket, and i win both of them. once the crown went to the appeal court, so i did cross examing three times. awful feeling after the wining... my excuse is that they are focus on luxury cars and i am not speeding, i question the accuracy of their radar gun, discrimination, prejudice...all those s*hit... the thing is to make the judge believe you are an honest guy.

请问wang8开多少算超速?,如果市区最大50km/hour,那么每个人都超速.

even zone has its own limit.
if there is no speed limit sign in the city, then its a 50km/hour zone. on the hightway, if there is no sign, then the speedlimit is 100/h.
in a school zone, the speed limit is 30/h.
as a universal understanding, policy won't stop you if you drive only 20k/h over the limit.
