About more than one month ago, my mother sent me a parcel from china by air. but until now I haven't received it. I checked the poste Canada, they told me they did find any information. they thought it may be in the Canada customs. I called Canada Custome, they told me they can't help me to check it. my mother checked it in post china, they told her, it will be two or three months we can get some information.
Did anybody have such experience?
could you tell me how to check it ?

It is normal for a parcel to arrive in 2 monthes from China to Canada. When the time you lose all your hope, it will appear as a surperise.

If you sent the parcel through the sea (not air)shipping, it would take 3 months to get here. I met with the same problem as you. Even worse, they removed my favourate 牛肉干 in the parcel!  :mad:
