next time write it down what the cop said, and ask him to sign it, just like he ask you to sign.  you can use it to against him on court, since he has no evidence. if he didn't record your speed how can he write you a ticket...

but seems too late for you to do that now, what you can do is before the appear at the court call to reschedule the date and pray the cop won't show up on that day.
