办理时给的小条上说的是不超过20天，办理要带齐证件亲自去，一般排队等候1-2小时。取件可以选

六月底去办的,说是两个星期可以寄到,可是到了七月底还没收到,又去了一趟, 问他们为什么没有收到,并说要急着出去旅行, 结果在八月二号就收到了.

我排队等了三个多小时，还行吧。带本书什么的消磨时间。如果你自己取得话加收10元，寄的话不用。
