"卫生有没有保障?" - generally OK, misc . . . . .
- alcohol is also a type of "~preservative" (whatever proper term),
- bacteria will form gas and/or strange floatings in alcoholic drink,
- Use your own bottle so u won't be tasting others' saliva(口水)
We winemaker uses Chlorine to thoroughly clean bottles, then use Meta-bisulphite to disinfect prior to bottling. Both items are available in winemaking supply stores, doesn't cost much. Look for store in your phone book.
Some local Italians bottle their wine in softdrink bottles.
It doesn't cost much, so go ahead with the experiment. I did mine with Welch 20 years ago(dry, not LZ's sweet version), didn't like its taste, so whoever is not happy with the result, don't blame me!

随着发酵过程的发生,酒精生成越多,酵母也就死掉了。它的三大杀手:酒精,温度,低糖。应该让他死掉。正常啤酒生产过程都有前后高温消毒,才可装瓶(留有一定量的糖份,继续无氧分解成酒精和二氧化碳,这样我们一开瓶,才感觉气足)。 我不确定,这样自制的,卫生有没有保障。 |
