If you have receiver's account#, then you can just call FEDEX to pick up. But becareful you have to make sure the receiver will  be really responsible for the freight fee, otherwise you have to be responsible for that, even you have their account#. Just because you are the shipper, you have to sign, so you have bigger responsibility.
