网站上说的很清楚：
You could receive a higher benefit rate if you are in a low income family (an income of less than $25,921) with children and you receive the Canada Child Tax Benefit. If you are eligible to the Family Supplement your entitlement will automatically be added to your EI payment.

For example, if you were unemployeed in May, the maximum weeks is 47.

八月份CCTB终于批下来了,又去SERVICE CANADA申请FAMILY SUPPLEMENT. 这周终于批下来.每周在EI的基础上加了30多块.计算是根据去年的收入和小孩人数来的,我也没弄明白.去年上班只上了半年多一点,所以收入没有超过25951,否则就没有FAMILY SUPPLEMENT 了.
