今天很郁闷,正在浴盆里洗衣服时,为了接个电话,忘了关水龙头,结果可能是浴盆有点堵,水满了上来,流到地上,楼下的住户和Janitor上来后,看了浴室,说水漏到楼下了,需要维修,之后会寄封信给我,告诉我该付多少钱。我和他们一起到楼下看了现场,的确有水滴下,但楼下浴室的天花板已有裂缝,Janitor说需要维修,但钱由我付。( e1 X$ V6 r9 [7 v+ O
请教热心人或曾遇到这样事情的朋友:虽然是我疏忽了,但我需要付房东的维修费用吗?象这样的情况怎么裁定他要我付的费用和我的疏忽造成的损失(好象楼下住户没有什么损失成比例呢,如果他本来就有裂缝,没及时修补,现在大修一番,所有的维修费都要我支付,这合理吗?我该怎么办?
