I have worked in U.S. with TN visa for one year already. My employer wants to extend the job for me for one more year. However, we don't know how to extend it, i.e. when is the timeframe to apply for: before or after current visa expired, how long before or after is the proper time? Do I need to clean work and live in U.S. to reapply for?
