童鞋们小心 - 过期车牌 + 其他违法的？？ (与驾驶相关的)

Friend said that there were 2 police on motorcycle waiting inside parking lot of Funeral home on Papineau Ave., ~20 meters north of Sherbrooke this morning.  At the time she saw it, there were 2 cars in process of towing, 4 cars pulled inside the parking lot waiting to be towed.  When asked, one of the drivers said she got a [color="red"]$900 ticket, plus car to be towed on the spot due to expire[color="red"]d registration (= license plate).  The woman was crying.

We believe there should be another car up the street scanning all license plate.  Believe it is something related to the new [color="red"]SRPI system by SPVM.  Something about scanning 1500 ?/min.  Details see page 3 of 34th edition(June 3) of greader.ca, http://issuu.com/xinjiayuan/docs/_34_.  Don't know if Sinoquebec printed that, no time to find link now.

Furthermore, "sometimes" there's police car(s):
- on Papineau a little south of Rachel, catch people (left) turning from Rachel East side onto Papineau,
- on Papineau a little south of Sherbrooke, something about one lane (right) turning south from Sherbrooke onto Papineau, if u go to 2nd lane, u get ticket.  Good business there :p
