很多年了，认识一个意大利家族 长期跑到渥太华买自灌酒 (=代酿)，刚才又听见其他朋友说起 要去渥太华自灌婚宴酒。

为什么要去渥太华?! 据我所知：
- 他们去的地方 从蒙城市中心开车 只需两个小时(K4A 3V5)，
- 在安省买 Wine Kit 不加税，
- 代酿价格比较便宜(~$30-50/桶)，蒙城或多伦多 约$50+/桶，
- 蒙城代酿 通常只做 Table Wine 等级或以上(~10L+)，每桶约$120/$140起; 在渥太华差不多价格 可以代酿两桶比较淡的酒了 (~$70-90/桶)，
- 顺道去渥太华玩，探亲访友或随便走走。

实际上，安省最近蒙城的是 Hawkesbury，如果同学们有注重蒙城其他族裔报纸的话，会见到 Hawkesbury 代酿店的广告。但不便宜，似乎也是~$50-60/桶。

我还未决定，可能 2014年开始，找有兴趣 长期 到渥太华合买自灌酒的朋友，需要有车。可以当天返回，或小住几天。我暂时只打算买便宜淡酒; 质量比较好的，我打算自己在家里酿。每年可买一至三桶。

没有必要去那么远! 可能只适用于 有车又有空时喜欢出去走走的人。

- 他家3元一瓶的酒，朋友说不好。上一次，朋友说在买酒前已经告诉他们 只要干红，但酒还是甜的。
- 他家的冰酒 。 。 。 。 。it used to be only ~50% of current price, worst comment on web, nobody buy it  。 。 。 。 。till the Chinese come along
- 他家开了很多年了 。 。 。 。 。整个加拿大 未听过 自灌卖半桶的   。 。 。 。 。你自己想罢 。 。 。 。 。

I believe the friend mentioned above bought 2 times in ~3 years, once to try with friend, 2nd time because he didn't have time to make wine himself.  Believe he continues to make Costco AR at home.
