Under the authority of the Public Services Director, the Rendez-vous Supervisor is responsible to supervise the waiters and dishwashers, to provide outstanding customer service to customers who purchased VIP tickets, giving them access to a buffet. 4 h7 W! p5 N2 _% |/ Q3 I& }& y! f# g' T0 Q3 d# @" j8 X( p RESPONSIBILITIES- H& x' t' m, w6 h! • Supervise local employees in the set-up and tear down of the Rendez-vous tent; ) s1 j4 h& k+ R; z& h• Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to dress code; 8 F" o" f% Q6 m& S% x• Ensure that employee gives good customer service to clients; v+ q/ a- s) n( s+ A; |• Comply with hygiene and safety rules; , Y3 n. d5 k( j# @; I
• Enhance the client experience by ensuring efficiency, cleanliness of VIP areas, security and customer service; ; h/ I6 f$ i- Z3 f1 T• Help with set up and tear down of the tour installations; ( g; Y& v* [4 B; }- L/ F
• Perform manual work associated with site installations; 0 d3 _, c+ L3 `" y, x. H; R
• Resolve any conflict or crisis occurring with clients and related to customer service; ; c0 G" w# \& @' _2 M7 _6 b1 X( d3 j+ [• Be on call for special events, during rehearsals and training, as well as for training and evening performances. 5 d4 s6 b/ g) b$ ]# X2 Z 0 V8 g. L9 s& H! i0 ?REQUIREMENTS ' s* O2 t9 f( C: J: J( s6 _• Experience in a similar position; " m& d6 @1 |) Z$ X• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is essential; H& @0 T. w1 X9 p3 Y/ f+ V
