IBD is a serious problem... As to IBS, hmmm, just live with it.

You'd better to see a doctor, since this disease is not easy to recover, it is better to do some lab test, and take the right medicine. If you have your own insurance, the drug & lab test should be covered. If not, at least the government should cover some expense.
