) M$ r. p' J! r9 O; Y5 `Montreal, November 23, 2003 –  The chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Claude Dauphin, today announced the compensation approved by the board of directors to make up for the inconvenience caused to customers by the strike of the maintenance employees from November 17 to 23. Thus, those who had bought a weekly CAM for that week will be able to receive $5 (regular fare) or $2.50 (reduced fare) by going to the customer service centre at the Berri-UQAM station between December 8 and 19. Holders of a monthly pass (CAM), for their part, will be eligible for a reduction of $5 (regular fare) or $2.50 (reduced fare) on the purchase of their pass for the month of February 2004. In order to receive their compensation, however, customers will have to present their pass (weekly CAM for the week starting November 17 or the CAM for November 2003).
