Beat your eggs first.
Cook the eggs in a heavy nonstick pan.
Constant stir it while you cook.
Eggs taste best when slightly moist.  

PS. add about a tablespoon of milk or cream for each egg to achieve a paler color and fluffy scrambled eggs.
