I worry for u guys!!

The baby boomers created unprecedented prosperity in the past decades.  Now the boomers are aging, it'll also create unprecedented ???

Aging population in Quebec - ? % (I can't remember #, nor year)
1-person Household within Montreal Island 39.8%
(statistics published last week, don't know the age break down, may not have house/condo)

Me+4 best friends = 5 households:
=> we'll start to die after 10 years, whenever we all die, there are only 2 kids out of the 5 households.  At least 3 extra bungalow/condo will be emptied, out of 5.

Money and economics get me confused.  Please feel free to correct me.
