You'd better consider other universities. Now I am in Concordia. It is worse than the univerity that I studied in in China. If you want to enhance your skills really, don't tranfer into this kind of univerisity. It seems cheating government for loan and bursary.
Of course, I am also cheating. But time is valuable for everyone. Is it right?
