Note for company road test:

One Truck driver agent demanded to check the following things before  road test

1, flash light (prepared), 2 triangle, 3,Rigistration of  tractor and trailer, 4, instrument, 5, legal paper of transportaton company(check only)
6, stick of verification  under the driver windows, outside
7, license plate, 8, PRP. 9 Heat Shield --!

1,INSPECTION BEFORE TO START

(1) 3 flares ok no offense (2) washer fluid ok ―! (no minor defect) (3) turn on flashers ( for cold inspect)
(4) unlock, in front of the truck, see the truck at level:truck straight
(5) see wheels: parallel ―O (no major defect), flasher functions―! (no minor defect),  no oil leaks on the ground
(6) open the hood

2, RIGHT SIDE for the tractor (BeltFrameChokeLeafBonhommeTireRingNutsValveWheelLoupe) BFCLB TRNVW L

(1) Belt no loose, no crack―O (2) Frame no crack, no weld―O(3) Choke good tide―O, no leak―! (4) Leaf no crack, no weld, one master leaf or 25% small leaves cracked or missing O
(5) Bonhomme, U-bolt, 2 supports to leaf: good tide, good condition―O (6) Tire no balloon inside,outside,no foreign material in the tread―O; tread good condition―O, no flat―O
(7) Ring no crack no weld―O (8)all the Nuts good tide good condition, 1 or more missing or loose O (9) Valve, good condition―! (10) Wheel, no touch any parts of the body―O (11) Loupe, tide―!

3,LEFT SIDE for the tractor // LCG FCB  FCLB TRNV W

( 1) Loupe, good tide―! (2) Compressor good tide―O (3) Governor good tide―! (4) Fluid in power steering reservoir: good level―! (5) Column tide from the anchorage and no loose―O (6) steering box good tide no leak―O (7) Frame, no crack no weld ―O (8) Choke good tide―O, no leak―!  (9) Leaf: no crack no weld; one master leaf or 25% small leaves crack or missing O (10) Bonhomme, u-bolt, 2 supports to the leaf: good tide, good condition―O (11) Tire: no balloon inside,outside, no foreign in tread―O ; tread good condition―O; no flat―O (12) Ring, no crack no weld―O (13) all the Nuts:good tide,good condition, one or more missing or loose O (14) Valve good condition―! //  for tractor only, cold inspection finished, go to inside to start engine.

10, EMBARK IN THE TRUCK:

(1) switch key on (2) neutral ok, parking ok (3) wait indicator off, clutch, start engine (4) oil pressure goes up in 4 or 5 seconds (or indicate to 40) (5) on light/high beam (6) go down,engine is ok no leak in 2 sides , close hood (7) lock hood (8) high beam working-! (9) parking light ok -! (10) off high, flasher left (11) low beam work ,one no function! , both no function O (12) check flasher left (13) all lights on the left if 1 of them works minor (14)  rear parking lights function no major (15) verifier the license plate light -! (16) say to the inspector, “verify the brake light”, apply the service brakes (17) turn flasher right, return at the back with the inspector (18) verify flashers and all the lights on the right (19) “tractor inspection outside finished”, go on the truck, turn off the flasher

INSIDE INSPECTION: (20) verify if the buzzer functions at 55 psi (1.5 low air pressure warning for service brakes) (21) release parking brake and to pump service brake, conform:the buzzer functions―! because the air pressure gages function (22) verify if the compressor reach and maintain a minimum of 90 psi, while the air goes up to maintain the foot on the service brake (1.6 component: compressor)

11, While AIR goes up:MENTION MAJOR AND MINOR:

(1) windshield: left: no crack―O (2) (windshield) right :no crack―! (3) test the wiper (4) left wiper working―O (5) right wiper working―! (6) washer: function in 2 sides ―!(7) steering wheel :good tide―O (8) horn functions―! (9) heating function―! (10) seat good tide―O (11) seat belt functions―O (12) left mirror: clean, adjust well, no crack no tarnished ―!(13) right mirror: clean, adjust well, no crack no tarnished ―!//  Windshield Wiper Washer Wheel Horn Seat Belt Heat MM

12, MAKE AIR PRESSURE reading

(1) the pressure beyond 90 psi, no major on compressor, (1.6) (2) increase the rpm to 1500

(3) verify if governor stop compressor between 117 psi and 137 psi, if before 117 psi or after 137 psi , it's minor (1.1 pressure level the compressor stops operating)

13, While the AIR goes up Verify The PRESSURE GAUGES: (1)water temperature ok (2) oil pressure ok.(3) fuel ok. 4) air Pressure Go up (5) alternator ok

14, (4) compressor stop at 125 psi no defect,(1.1 component:governor)

release the service brake, stop(key off) the engine

15, APPLY THE SERVICE BRAKES:

(1) apply the service brake, and check how many psi loss, if loss less of 19 psi no defect; if loss more it is minor , ok (1.2 compressed air reservoirs)

(2) windows down, check air leak for 1 minute, if the loss between 3 and 6 psi !, if loss 6psi and more O; no air leak, pressure is stable, no defect (1.3 system)

(3) (reconnect,key on) clutch down and start engine, pump the service brake until 80 psi to check if the governor restart the compressor at 80 psi,confirms:air pressure goes up, the governor restart compressor, if need to pump less of 80 psi, minor (1.4)

16, check  BRAKES and coupling

(1)(2)(3)(4) service brake for all vehicle: ok―O (5) (6)
(7) no major defect on the steering box.
// now copling, some company do not like to watch trailer from the window at the back,
// however, some other agent inspector do not mind if you see from back window
Couping (3 minutes)  KingpinBetween5th//stopAfterFirstAxleOut,  JawBackupwithHalfClutch,  JerkWith1thGear,
                           Kingpinloggoin, Jawclosed,  ElecRoses,  Legup
(1) bring truck parallel fron of the trailer, make sure
   put back gear bring trailer first axle out, stop.
   go under the trailer make sure king ping between 5th wheel
// First step: position kingpin and jaw with first axle out and go to make sure under the trailer
(2) come inside truck, release truck brake
   and put back gear, keep half clutch, go slowly under the trailer
   and litsen noise. click---click, ( JawBackupwithHalfClutch )
   then put 1th gear, give one or two jerk then put neutral, brake (parking brake of truck).
   go out, make sure king pin log is go in and after go under trailer make sure jaw closed.
   then electrical and air roses , then put up dolly legs ( LegUp )
// Second step: JawBackupwithHalfClutch, JerkWith1thGear,checkKingpinloggoin, Jawclosed, ElecRoses, Legup

// after copling, inspect following :

17, copling check (1) upplate and king pin no damaged no major(checked when couping),  (2) jow cloed no major(checked when couplg)
(3) trailer Floor no major (4) trailer Cross member no major

18, check for trailer Pin FLB TRNVW Pin

19, check Behind the trailer

20, check lights for trailer no major in brake light and no major for rear parking light
   flasher left, 4 flasher and flasher right check no minor, license plate light no minor

after coupling do left inspection whith flasher left.
and then at the back and right side with flasher left.

18-1, Inspect PinFLBTRN V W Pin for trailer left

19, Behind THE TRAILER
1. Bumper good tide―! (2) Flashers function  (3) all the Pantures: good fix, good condition―offense 4) Open the door and check if the load will be firmly--offense (5) Close the door

rear parking lights function no major (4) verifier the license plate light -! (5) say to the inspector, “verify the brake light”, go to apply the service brakes, check 4Flashers function then  turn flasher right, return at the back with the inspector

18-2 verify flashers and all the lights on the right
      at the same time, check FLB TRN V W  for trailer right

21, check  BRAKES

(1) parking brake of trailer: ok―!
(2) parking brake of truck: ok―!
(3) manual brake of trailer : ok―!
(4) service brake is inspected
(5) move and check if the wheels of the trailer no jam, and if the steering box working on the left,on the right
(6) if the wheels of trailer don't move well !
(7)

The inspection is finished.

After practice on the road
uncoupling  (2 minutes)  LegDown,  JawOpen,  KingpinOut,  UnlockRoses..

(1)  Dolly Leg Down
(2)  unlock king pin nob ( Jaw Open)
//  come inside the tructor
//  release truck brake only
//  put 1th gear
//  look at the rear mirror
//  take axle come out, stop
//  go out to make sure
(3) King Pin come out the 5th wheel
(4) Unlock air Roses and Electrical wire

The road test is finished.

(  if couping over 10 minutes, failed.
if ones want to short the inspection time,
ones could say "ok" only  to short for minor defect or major defect. )

还是, HUABEILAN 误会拉. 以为 LTLCOMMUTER 是开上大车的, 事业有成的SINIQUEBEC,
在笑话印巴驾校的有驾照, 也找不到工作.百百浪非了几千甚至上万加刀, .

直接去ALBERTA 不行吗? 如果那里有工作, 何必在这里浪费君宝贵的青春?
就象HUABEILAN 这样, 人过中年, NO JOB, NO HOME, NO HOPE,
家人埋怨, 亲人远去. 连去ALBERTA 考察的路费都拿不出(LIVED IN QUEBEC FOR TEN YEARS)
. 如果去了, 找不到工, 再回来, HOMELESS PEOPLE.

心情和新来的朋友难免有些不一样, 多有得罪, 请原谅.

以后用的着的, 别卖了.
以前, 有人遇到过. 在路上, 和警察说不清, SHOW 一下书, 就明白啦.
警察依法办事.
</dring> 好像, 可以捐赠某图书馆保存. 捐赠者还可得到点好处.
有兴趣的朋友可在时间允许时, 前去阅览.

是否有好心人代保管一下,  也可以呀.

对拉, MONTREAL 卡车司机协会哪, 把书收拉吧,
书是可以传备的. 下一代人都用的着.

真是世风日下呀. 人人为自几, 上帝为大家.,  教会的, 伸把手.

真有人, 一气之下, 去了其他省找工, 好东西, 书,  杂志, 扔啦不少.

有, 车主忙拉, 给新手20 刀一小时(30 也行呀),
也可能, 就一小时,.
车主, 精神来拉, PAY 新手20 刀, AFTER, "NO JOB, GO HOME."
SO, YOU GO HOME WITH 20 $
BUT, YOU PAY ONE DAY TIME....

油田上开卡车很辛苦, 很多地方没有路, 要绑铁链子, 上路又要马上取下来. 又脏又累. 新手大约$300/天, 单身去混段时间还凑合.

只要能挣钱, 不怕又脏又累,
