昨天在futureshop网上买了一台照相机，按照正常的步骤付费，填写信息，用MasterCard买的，今天电子邮箱里面收到一封信说“Unable to process your futureshop.ca order #xxxxxxxx"我以前都是用同样的地址，同样的MasterCard买的，以前并没有这种情况啊？不知道这回怎么回事。希望有经验的朋友能帮我解答一下，谢谢了

现在就是这样，你要用你订货时留下的电话拨打1-866-514-1433，并根据提示输入你的order number. 然后他们开始处理，发货。前几天，我在Futureshop订了东西，就是这样处理的。

Order Number XXXXXXXx, placed on December 31, 2009 at 12:44 (PST). We are currently unable to process your order. We need you to contact us at  1-800-663-2275 , from the phone number your financial institution currently has on record for the credit card you used, and provide the exact billing information on file at your financial institution.

If we receive no response within 5 business days of your order being placed, it will automatically be cancelled. 这就是futureshop留下的信息，与你留下的电话不一样，我两个电话都打了，但是所输入的order number都是无效的........555555

我进到FutureShop上我的账号，被告知他们将给我打电话，需要我回拨，确认。如同他们给我发的Email上说的。也许因为是我刚开的账户，他们要确认。

我收到的是：
