babygill, I thinks it depends on the person lived in that 5 and 1/2. If the house not include heater, the electricity fee in winter will be at least 200$/month. Even in summer, 70$/month is necessary. So if three person lived there, 280$/month include all is reasonable.
Anyway, you can decide if you accept this price.
