唐人街的豆浆很有问题，夏天买过，一拿回来就不行，沉淀很厉害。拿回去，老板二话没说就退了，其实他们心里很明白。不争气，给他信任都不要。

Lao Chou is used to put color on food, Sheng Chou is to add flavour on. Of course I don't like Chinatown either. I just want to tell you general information.  wink

Hi Hongyun, Greenfield is right. The purposes of using the two types of soy source are different, one for color and one for taste. Still, pay attention to the expiry date. It might have been sitting on the shelf for very long.
