昨天在一个宽的高速公路，我在中间道上开车，我不喜欢开快车，车速在90 到100， 前面右边路肩上有一辆警车闪灯给一辆车开罚单，我下意识的踩了一下刹车减速通过，后来警车过来说我应该边线或者减速过去，不应该还以100码的速度开过去，给了303元的罚单，还有4分，我想上庭，不知道有可能赢吗？

按你讲的，你在中间道上开，你的右边至少还有一条道，警车在路肩上，你和警车至少隔了一条道，你并不是在警车左边的道过去的。是这样的吗? 如果是，你没违反move over law，否则违反。

这种情况，你需要明显的减速，而且要换车道，要尽量远离警车。  
如果你要上庭，我觉得你需要证明你当时无法换线到左边的车道。比如，左边车道有车高速行驶， 你的速度慢换线不安全。

根据楼主的描述，如果警察确实在路肩上执行任务，并且道路是三条线的话，而你在中间线上，你应该不属于违规。根据本人的上庭经历（见这个帖子: https://www.sinoquebec.com/forum ... ead&tid=1155947 ）,建议你上庭试一下。一般情况下，上庭可以获得减分或者减罚款金额。
