我妻子想回国治病（可能要手术，而我们的语言都不好）
加国看病太慢了！回国治病能否报销？怎样办手续？请高人

去华人服务中心是一个办法，但是，你要想得到权威的答复，应该到魁省医疗保险局咨询：

What's wrong with u guys!!! How many times do I have to tell you that never ever go to 华人服务中心 for such a thing!!!
Directly go to the bureau which you applied for your medical card and they will let you know how much they can reimburse you and what's the requirement( such as application form and signature of some chinese doctors and some receipts with chops of the chinese hospitals, well, sth. like this) :cool:

I speak a little english. I'll try to help you. If you return to China for the operation, you've to prouve that's urgent so you could not return to Quebec for this. But before you leave here, you must prepare some formulairs and in China, you must go to see the notair. If you speak french, I can tell you what's the proccedure.
