来这里2个月总是腰酸腿疼!why?

My suggestion:
+ [! u& G6 h: ~* _" w1. Take some multivitamin. Here winter is too long and we don't have enough sun shine. If you are a female, take some Dang Gui./ m  N6 T, O5 b7 K4 }+ @6 }$ h8 H

/ q" F0 v5 V* c3 I( ]) N2. Do excercise at least 30min walking/day.

$ b$ Y& p. a& j7 n) f: O7 I3. Have balanced nutrition and take enough rest.

Hi there, I am facing the same trouble as you though I go swiming at least 20 mins per day.And who knows how to take DangGui? As medicine?Sorry for my stupid question.

First of all, please consult a doctor (chinese doctor is better).
