来这里2个月总是腰酸腿疼!why?

1. Take some multivitamin. Here winter is too long and we don't have enough sun shine. If you are a female, take some Dang Gui.

Hi there, I am facing the same trouble as you though I go swiming at least 20 mins per day.And who knows how to take DangGui? As medicine?Sorry for my stupid question.
