来这里2个月总是腰酸腿疼!why?

My suggestion:
6 L) S3 m8 [. F3 r: A, T" Y) Q, C0 n1. Take some multivitamin. Here winter is too long and we don't have enough sun shine. If you are a female, take some Dang Gui.

4 t0 A3 l2 k* ~( ^1 q2. Do excercise at least 30min walking/day.

$ o- B9 h7 r% b. j! }4 Y3. Have balanced nutrition and take enough rest.

Hi there, I am facing the same trouble as you though I go swiming at least 20 mins per day.And who knows how to take DangGui? As medicine?Sorry for my stupid question.

i sleep for a long time, still feel not good.
