Login ur hotmail account and go to options.
Go to "ersonal"
Click "My Profile"

Wait for browser to load United states settings.
Change the state to "Florida" and zip code "33332"
) p1 `: }. ]+ G# p; z2 hClick "update"
Click "Continue"
Go to "Language" and make sure its "English"
Paste the following link in the same browser and hit go.

是不是现在没有那种了？我在这里申请的hotmail也只有25M呀，
也没有250M，请具体指导一下吧。

: l4 E# ?; ?+ ~. f) b* W! \6 N按照楼上的那个方法可以把2M的变成25M啊，我上星期就帮我妈妈的信箱变过来了，但250M可能就还得等一下。我自己的两个信箱早就变成250M啦，我想是否自动增容主要是看你hotmail账户的开户时间，我的那两个是5、6年前申请的，所以去年hotmail一开始增容时，就自动变成了250M。

Actually I didn't do any backup before I closed the account; however, after I re-activated the account, all the previous emails were still there. I just post out my own experience, and it doesn't mean that I suggest everyone to do like this, especially if your emails are very important, don't take the chance. It's better to do the backup.

Yes, it's a right link. I aready tried it, don't know why it doesn't work for you? Maybe you can try a few times more. Good luck!
