我孩子已有永久居民身份，但现在国内读书，我将在一年后可以申请如籍。请问各位大虾：届时孩子可否与我一起申请入籍？？？ 先谢了！

只要你的孩子在你帮他申请入籍的时候，他还有移民身份。

入籍跟保留移民身份两回事。保留移民身份，跟大人一样要求，没有例外。入籍跟随父母一起入即可，不需象大人一样要等３年，但前提是孩子有移民身份。

这是唯一一条针对小孩子的例外情况，其他的是人就得遵守保留身份的要求。

再解释一遍：
保留移民身份的要求，跟入籍要求２回事。小孩子哪怕头一天登陆，第二天就可入籍（当然是如果其父母正好那天申请入籍的话）。但不等于：小孩子在加拿大外面呆１０年不回去也可以入籍，为什么？因为他早就把他的移民身份弄丢了，入什么？
