maria2003ca: you need not go to school except you want to treat it as a career. simply follow the recipe they gave in sinoquebec or go to library, borrow cook books and follow the instructions.

谢谢你msranda的鼓励，但对于一点不知道该如何认识这些材料和用品，可以说一窍不通的我来说，去学校学一点还是有必要的，懂了才可以自己实践了，就可以做的美美的，好吃的糕点了。我相信一定有地方可以学的，只是还找不到地方。
