I just order an Acanac naked dsl and its free VOIP service this week. Since I havent used their serivce yet, I can't say it is better than all other companies or not. However, my experience with them told me that they are indeed honest and friendly. They respond yr question very quickly and carefuly. Compare to the shit bell canada, I feel Acanac really know how to respect their customers even after those customers paid their money.


So far, I like Acanac.

Forget bell, they should change their name to "Hell Canada"

目前为止情况还是蛮好的，我几乎天天看ppstream，基本上都很流畅，倒是周末下午卡，到晚上反而不卡。我没有租用他们的Modem，好像记得以前在坛子里看过说，他们的不好，会影响接受和速度，所以乘回国的时候买了一个。还有，听说Bell的客服都外包出去了，所以那些人（大多是印巴人）根本无所谓会不会流失一个客户，态度什么的自然不好咯。

谢谢大家的答复，公司租给我的是那种小的黑色的ＭＯＤＥＭ，不知是不是就是大家反映总掉线的那种，有机会换个其他的ＭＯＤＥＭ再试试，看到底是不是ＭＯＤＥＭ的问题．
