既然知道自己在停牌以10公里速度通过是不对的,并且吃了罚单不冤枉,为什么还要去法庭狡辩,骗人,去丢人现眼?
我相信你被抓一次一定是以几十次,几百次的违规,违法为基础的.

本人开车几年,发现老外对停牌基本还是很尊重的,不能说完全停稳,起码也是几乎停住.
如果能正确认识自己的错误,下次不范了那才是真正的不冤枉,才是好同志.

one and half year ago i got a almost same ticket and a month ago i won my case. but i saw the police car parking at the corner with top lights flashing. i stopped but started again very fast because i saw the police car still parking there, no moving. i had a translator in the court. i told the jude the fact and the police representive just asked me when i saw the police car. i told him before i stopped i saw it. if you did not saw where is the police car when you turn, i do not think you can win because you did not check carefully. the guy before me lost his case because he can not tell the jude where the police car come from.

实际上不是停稳没停稳的关系，在你停的过程中一是观察来车，二是看左右有没有警车，
有警车就要停稳，没警车就过。

在停牌处减速到能看清左右两边的路上没有警察留守，就可以踩油门了。如果你做到这一点，一则你不会被罚，二则你发现你停得比谁都好，哈哈！

停牌处停好是给自己停的，我碰见过3次在四面停牌处和我交叉的车没有看见停牌，如果我只是意思一下，至少有2次会被撞。

后面的车如果象疯狗一样乱叫,我会狠狠瞪它一眼-尽管它可能看不到.
