TITLE PRELIMINARY
SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS


Amber light.

361. Unless otherwise directed by a sign or signal, when facing an amber light, the driver of a road vehicle or any person riding a bicycle must stop his vehicle before the pedestrian crosswalk or stop-line or, if none, before the near side of the roadway he is about to cross, unless he has entered it or is so close to it that he could not stop in safety; he may proceed only when a signal shows he may do so.

你的问题不是黄灯的问题，是绿灯时你该不该在停车线前停下来的问题。如果你判断前面车流不畅，有可能你会被堵在路口时，即使是绿灯，你也不该过马路。50公里的地方，你开20公里，说明当时的交通不畅，可能是走走停停，你就该注意了。你可以去庭上试试，说明你过停车线时是绿灯，快走完路口时才变的黄灯，因前面车堵，慢了一下，但很快就又走了，你通过路口时灯还是黄的。

转弯时很容易遇到类似的情况，因让车或人而闯黄灯或红，相当多的人学车的时候就被教错了。

刚看了看罚你的理由，有点牛头不对马嘴：Being the driver of a road  vehicle and while facing an amber light did not stop the vehicle before  the pedestrian crosswalk<o></o>， 这适用于你在停车线前遇上黄灯不停（能安全停下）的情况，跟你的是两回事。

1. 绿灯过的停车线
2. 车速高于20km/h,大约40
3. 我没有在路口停车, 警车是在下一路口我等红灯时靠上来的
4. 当时正下雨,急停车和急减速都是不安全的,
5. 我肯定是在红灯之前结束过路口的,是安全通过的
其它的想起来了再补充

楼主不服就上庭，不用顾虑太多。退一步讲，即使输了也不加罚，只当长见识吧。
