加拿大的法律禁止买卖人体卵子、禁止花钱为别人怀孕生孩子，但可以向别人无偿捐献卵子，也可以义务为别人怀孕生孩子。

At the end of 2010, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that parts of the reproduction act were unconstitutional and that it should be up to the provinces to regulate and license fertility clinics and doctors.

Yet since that time, the act has not been rewritten and there has been no word on when it will be.

问题是在加拿大找不到义务代孕，时间不等人，只好回国找有偿代孕。
我找了两家，一家在北京，一家在深圳：

国人的诚信又差，搞不好，还能让人给讹一下。

我想按那两家公司的价格，委托亲戚朋友给找。
代孕母亲以义务代孕和保姆身份，到加拿大来做试管。
不这样是否可以。

我又了解一下，加拿大很多医院就有精子库，据说蒙特利尔犹太人医院就可以，生平简历和健康状况的相关资料都非常完善，而且是全免费，你没必要通过网络，直接到医院就可以了，对捐精者要求并不高。
所谓精子库和卵子库，并不是把精卵取出来放在库里，只是登记你的资料，推荐给需要的人，一旦做了登记，你要定期体检。
