I looked that bodyshop in lava Honda is more busy than excel Honda, and the office is bigger than excel honda. Just Excel honda is closed to my living place.

Car repairition always make me Faint enough!

After i call insurance company again this morning, i got something  clearly:

1. If it is not my responsable in car accident, my insurance wont be increase next year.But this "at fault or not  " is based on the insurance com not the police.

2. If you want garranty to get a new car in car accident, you need buy a specified item of insurance, but your car should be grand new with in 12 month.

3. If the car were damaged more than 80% actual value, they will pay you a same condition car before accident.'

Hope this experience could share with friends.

今天半夜2点，突然被警察的电话叫醒，，警察叔叔说您的HONDA CIVIC出车祸了 ，当时晕了。

赶到楼下，惨，刚买一年的2003HONDA CIVIC被撞到道路人行道上，右边得前门全烂了，左边两个轮子因路边石，全弯进车内。同时有5辆车被撞，我的是第一个。

警察叔叔只给了一个 ACCIDENT CARD WITH NUMBER，叫来拖车就走了。在糊里糊涂中车被拖到HONDA LAVAL DEALER. 可我住在downtown montreal.

接着向Insurance company 报了claim, 她们说派人来estimate. 在HONDA LAVAL DEALER，专家说小问题，我们可以修好。。。bulabula..

我现在全晕了，请问各位前辈，

1。我的车是全保，但是撞得很厉害，不知能恢复到原来的状态吗？我能要求保险公司些什么？
2。我能要求转回Honda Excel Dealer 吗？离我较近。Honda Excel Dealer 和HONDA LAVAL DEALER哪一个技术更好？
3。有没有其他注意的？

先谢谢了！！！ 从Dealer到保险公司都考虑它们自己的利益，我觉得好冤呀。。

做评估不是保险公司,也不是警察,也不是dealer,是保险公司委托第三方做的,应该相信他们.我的车想修都不行,他们说修好都不安全.

really?The stupid lady working in my insurance company told me my insurance will increase next year, even it's not my fault!Would you pls tell me which company you bought the insurance for your car?I would like to change insurance company to yours,thanks and good luck!
