今天下班前问老板，周未的假日是要休周五还是下周一，老板和我说，加拿大节和下周的节日都是CONGE PAYE， 象我这种这个月一号开始上班的，是不能有假日的。就是说，人家都在放假，我还得上班，而且是不加钱的。怎么会这样啊。加拿大也有CONGE PAYE 啊。。。而且还是只有在节日才能休的CONGE。。。:confused: :confused:

i know somebody just worked at some place for few days but still got the pay for the holidays. You should got it too.it's law.

就是说，可以给假日加班的工资吗。。。刚听说，好像真是第一个月不给休的，我的天啊， 大家在放假，我一个人在上班啊。。。加拿大的法令真是够奇怪的。

知道哪里可以找到相关的条例吗。。。

偶们也是，别人放假，我们加班，并且不给多一点工资．
关键是外语不好，难找给说法的人．不然是不敢有人剥削的．:mad:

官网上没写上班一个月不给休假呀．　只是说放假那天的工资是按照前四周的平均天工资算的. 个人意见: 发果前四周没上满, 应该按正常天工资发的.

问一下你的老板哪条写着呢, 让他指给你看. 不然就打这个电话, 1 800 265-1414, 514 873-7061, 官网上说有十几语言服务.

actually who s working in a company less than 365 days, has no right to take vacation. only exception some field of industries.

in your case, you have no right to take those days off.
you can have 3 days vacation only you have work for 3 monthes, as caculate one day per monthe.

for the pay, no matter you work or not, you can receive previous four weeks brut salary/20. if you work that day, you receive the pay + the conge paye.

你说的这个适用于每年的除法定公休假日外的带薪休假吧。工作满一年后有两周左右。 但楼主说的是法定公休假日啊。这对谁都一样，上班十年和十天的都该休的。
